It is also close to the snowy part of Dire Peak, which would explain why it's so cold here. This cave is made of one big chamber, inside this chamber is a small stream of water, melted ice. Then there's the large clearing outside, made up of snow and bushes. Hidden by woods, no one but the pack can find it.
